Position Summary

All positions are brand ambassadors and customer service representatives for the Higher Collective brand in our retail locations. All are responsible for exemplary Customer Service, always providing customers with a smooth experience in purchasing adult-use cannabis products that we offer. We're seeking individuals with exceptional personalities, work ethic and who work well in high traffic environments.

We are seeking candidates with flexible availabilities who are also able to work nights and weekends. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time. 

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the dispensary department in a manner that supports the organizations mission as defined by the President.
  • Provide departmental leadership to assure that all departmental operations such product dispensing, cash management, inventory management, inventory auditing, outreach, marketing and ordering are functioning with integrity and in the most cost efficient, compassionate and compliant manner.
  • Performing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reviews and provide suggestions for improvement to the Head of Retail.
  • Responsible for reviewing, maintaining and updating all departmental SOP’s and assuring that any changes are communicated to employees and the most recent SOP versions are available 24/7 for planned and unplanned audits by regulators and organization management.
  • Responsible for training, supervising and evaluating all departmental employees to assure compliance with departmental SOP’s.
  • Responsible for overseeing and ensuring cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with BioTrack and all departmental SOP's.
  • Responsible for overseeing and ensuring dispensing procedures are happening in compliance with State Regulations.
  • Responsible for interfacing with managers in all departments to ensure smooth running of the dispensary including, Trimming & Packaging, Cultivation and Security.
  • Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry news

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • AGM's must have previous management experience
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, with ability to actively learn about cannabis products available
  • Prior Budtender experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate Point of Sale systems
  • Must have flexible and open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must have the ability to successfully pass a background check annually.
  • Must have the ability for approval of agent registration card from the DCP.
