BRAND AMBASSADOR

Job Overview: 

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent Brix Cannabis in the Connecticut market. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our products, building brand awareness, and creating positive relationships with customers and the community. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about cannabis, enjoy engaging with people, and are eager to share their knowledge. 

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Brix Cannabis at events, dispensaries, retail locations, and community outreach programs. 

•  Product Promotion: Educate customers and the community about Brix Cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and other offerings. 

•  Event Participation: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events, popup shops, and community activities. 

•  Customer Engagement: Create meaningful interactions with potential and existing customers to promote brand loyalty and educate them on product benefits and usage. 

•  Social Media Promotion: Actively promote Brix Cannabis on social media platforms by sharing content, photos, and event updates to enhance brand visibility. 

•  Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help Brix Cannabis improve its products and services. 

•  Compliance: Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities comply with Connecticut state cannabis regulations. 

Qualifications: 

•  Passion for Cannabis: A deep interest and knowledge of cannabis, its products, and the industry is essential. 

•  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences. 

•  Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required for events. 

•  Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a customer facing role is a plus. 

•  Social Media Savvy: Strong presence on social media platforms, with an ability to effectively promote the brand online. 

•  Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with other brand ambassadors and Brix Cannabis staff. 

•  Compliance: Must be familiar with state and local cannabis laws and adhere to all regulations. 

Requirements: 

•  Must be at least 21 years of age. 

•  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

•  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift promotional materials/equipment (up to 25 lbs). 

•  Ability to travel within the Connecticut market to attend events and promote the brand. 

•  Must pass a background check in accordance with Connecticut state cannabis regulations.
